Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with facility standards and care plans
• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Current and valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment
• Minimum guaranteed hours of 35 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
