- Shift: - 2nd Shift 3PM - 1130PM plus Mandatory OT on Saturday 3PM - 1130PM
- Expected Pay Range: $29.33 - $34.00
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities for the assigned shift to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
- Monitor operations to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety concerns and incidents during the shift, escalating issues as needed.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to support sanitation, food safety, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ensure all production and quality documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Lead, coach, and develop shift employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and daily work direction.
- At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required, with a four-year degree preferred.
- Manufacturing experience required, with food manufacturing and automation experience a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred and demonstrated competencies in integrity, accountability, reliability, and teamwork.
