Dear Media LLC Austin Texas Senior Campaign Management Coordinator About this Position Dear Media is looking for a detail-oriented and eager Senior Campaign Coordinator to join our growing Campaign Management team. In this role, you’ll support our Campaign Associates and Managers in executing multi-faceted 360 campaigns across podcast, social, digital, and experiential platforms. Strong communication is at the core of this role; you’ll be interfacing with internal teams, external partners, talent, and clients regularly, and your ability to communicate clearly and professionally will be key to your success. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone who is looking to grow into owning campaigns and client relationships. Ideal candidates are highly organized, quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support Campaign Associates and Managers in the day‑to‑day execution of multi‑channel campaigns across podcast, social, digital, and experiential platforms Assist with coordinating deliverables across internal teams (sales, talent, production, social) and external partners, helping ensure timelines and approvals stay on track Help manage campaign trafficking, asset collection, and delivery logistics to keep campaigns moving smoothly Monitor campaign pacing and performance, flagging any discrepancies or potential issues to the supervising Associate or Manager Assist in the preparation of client‑facing materials including wrap reports, campaign recaps, and performance summaries Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date campaign documentation, trackers, and internal records Support client communication under the guidance of Associates and Managers, helping to build foundational skills in account management and partner relations Qualifications Based in Austin, Texas Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 2‑3 years of experience in digital advertising, influencer marketing, media, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills A proactive, team‑player mentality with a desire to learn and grow within campaign management Familiarity with podcast, social, or digital advertising landscapes is a plus Exposure to analytics or attribution tools such as Podscribe, Magellan, Creator IQ, or similar is a bonus but not required Dear Media is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
