What You’ll Do Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience Excel in verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW Guests and create a personalized experience Demonstrate time‑management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail; take direction and execute team and company objectives Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction Check in with Guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit Process payments and handle transactions accurately Employ conflict‑management, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems Know RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by federal, state laws, and BWW policies and guidelines Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly Qualifications and Skills Superior customer service and hospitality skills Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures Knowledge of BWW food and beverage menu and ability to make suggestions to guests and upsell Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience Skill in time management and organization with attention to detail; ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems Conflict‑management, analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the restaurant environment Freedom to Act Comply with all specs, quality standards, and department rules and procedures Follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and customizing their experience Maintain a high pace and intensity for an extended period of time Be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts as necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts Interaction Wow out team members by providing the same respect, positive encouragement, and fair treatment within the organization that we expect exchange with every guest Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers Work as a contributing member of a team External Relationships Wow our guests every day by achieving the highest level of satisfaction with an extraordinary focus on friendly services, food, fun, and value Explain menu items and terms and provide suggestions to guests when asked Education & Experience Required: Minimum 21 years of age Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy Preferred: Prior experience working as a server or in customer service roles, ideally in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant #J-18808-Ljbffr Wingmen V Llc
