\nSalary: $235,000.00 - $255,000.00\n

\nremaining time is focused on quality improvements and building the center business with the\n
\nCenter Leadership Team. This role offers an opportunity for physicians to blend their love of\n
\npatient care with their management skills, working for the leader in the workplace health\n
\nindustry.\n
\nResponsibilities\n
\n
\nSpends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, and\n
\ncreating an exceptional patient experience.\n
\nEnsures day-to-day execution of medical model collaborating with therapists and\n
\nspecialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.\n
\n
\nMonitors key clinical center metrics that are provided by Clinical Analytics and relate to\n
\nquality outcomes: Practice Indicators, COP, GRV, LOS, TAT, Specialist Referral Rate,\n
\nPrimary Care Case Duration, Days to First Recheck, % of cases with Lost Time, Limited\n
\nDuty, and Full Duty.\n
\nManages clinicians and support staff and complies with APC supervisory requirements.\n
\n
\nCreates a professional and collaborative working environment with full colleague\n
\nparticipation that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient\n
\nsafety.\n
\nWorks with DMO to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous clinical\n
\nimprovement.\n
\n
\nMasters use of clinical systems to ensure efficiency, excellent supportive documentation,\n
\nappropriate and optimal coding levels, charge capture, and follow-through on all patient\n
\ncare orders.\n
\nEnsures compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC\n
\nRegulations.\n

\n Qualifications \n
\nGraduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O.\n
\nMust be board certified by ABPM, ABFM or medical board in the state were employed\n
\nand in accordance with state laws of practice\n
\nLicensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction\n
\nACLS Certified, preferred\n
\nJob-Related Experience\n
\nFive to eight years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or an emergency\n
\nsetting\n
\n
