Duties

Help

1. Prepare contract specifications for facility operation maintenance and/or municipal service engineering projects.
2. Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in regard to planning, developing, and/or evaluating terms and conditions for real property operation service contracts.
3. Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and cost estimates for real property supporting systems.
4. Monitor contractor performance for assigned facility contracts.
5. Coordinate contract requirements and execution with other division personnel, contractors, and/or customers of serviced facilities.
