About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Head of People to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy that is in line with the business's goals and growth trajectory. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for defining and implementing people initiatives that support the company's mission. This includes serving as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture, as well as owning the global hiring strategy and ensuring high-quality, diverse hiring outcomes. The role also involves shaping and evolving the company's culture, driving employee engagement, and leading performance management and development programs. Applicants for the VP, Head of People role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in HR/people leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity, and a proven track record of scaling HR/people functions in high-growth technology or SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations, and experience in supporting global teams. A data-driven mindset, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to align HR/people strategy with business outcomes are essential. Experience in AI, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments, as well as a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams, are considered advantageous.
