Team: Working closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams

The Role

We are looking for a Market Manager to build our brand in Georgia, starting with Atlanta + surrounding influential areas. This role has two key components. One side is making an impression and constantly interacting with key, influential accounts. The other side is increasing volume and revenue a slower long-term play built on the buyer relationship & trust. You do both every week. This role is for someone who knows the market, has strong relationships across on-premise and off-premise, and wants to plant a flag for our brands in one of the most exciting markets in the South. You will be the face of the portfolio in the region, working alongside our distributor partners to drive distribution, programming, and brand visibility across top accounts. Georgia is a launch market for us, so day one looks like opening doors, building the brand, and laying the foundation. From buyer meetings and staff trainings to in-store activations, on-premise menu placements, and trade events, you will run your market like an owner and bring the brands to life everywhere people are drinking great tequila.

What You'll Do

1. Impressions and Activations

• Live in the influential accounts where OUR customers frequent the most. Always present.
• Ideate and run a steady stream of activations and initiatives. Events, takeovers, tastings, menu moments, brand experiences.
• Engage guests and staff directly to create impressions and pull for the brand.
• Keep our brands seen, poured, and talked about at the accounts that set the tone.
• The portfolio gains strategic marketing through this channel of accounts.

2. Volume and Revenue

• Build trust with the buyer or owner over months, not weeks.
• Showcase value, profit, cases, partnership, etc.
• Invest with diligence and consistency. Revenue follows the relationship.
• Convert earned trust into placements, reorders, and growing case volume.
• Protect and grow the top revenue accounts you have already won.
• This account universe will be between 15 and 20 total.

Who You Are

You have built relationships in premium on-premise accounts and are credible with owners and beverage directors (ideally in Atlanta and/or Savannah)

You know your market. You can name the most influential restaurants, best liquor stores, venues people are getting married at, the caterers everyone calls first, and the hotels that throw the best parties. Or you're the kind of person who can learn that fast.

You are genuinely passionate about agave spirits and curious about what makes great tequila great.

You are entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building something from the ground up.

You have both the energy and creativity to activate constantly, and the patience to play the long game on revenue.

You are organized and self-directed. Nobody is going to micromanage your calendar; you own your week.

You are comfortable using technology to track your work (CRM, depletion data, basic Excel, shared docs).

You want to join a tight knit familia where you'll have ownership, visibility, and real influence on how we grow.

You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel across your market in Georgia, often in the evenings and weekends.

You are 21+ and can legally work with and around alcohol in Georgia.
