As a dedicated education professional, you will work primarily in a one-on-one setting with a student requiring specialized attention as part of a Special Ed caseload. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support and instruction as a 1:1 paraprofessional or substitute teacher
• Adapt classroom materials and activities to meet the specific needs of your assigned student
• Assist in implementing IEP goals, monitoring progress, and reporting on performance
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards
