Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and devise personalized strategies aimed at fulfilling their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Engage in Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with fellow healthcare professionals such as OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing teams for exceptional, holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers about therapy methods to bolster progress outside the clinic.
• Track Progress and Adapt Strategies: Document clinical results and refine treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patient satisfaction and success.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pursuit of continuing education or additional certifications is appreciated and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) certification required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
