Clinical Territory Associate – New Orleans Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the New Orleans area to perform the duties of this role. Primary Function Of Position The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24‑month developmental role that partners with the New Orleans team to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales functions. Responsibilities Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management. Guide technical in‑services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons. Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team overall quotas. Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and attainment in preparation for a quota‑bearing role following the CTA period. Manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 1‑year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required. Proven record of success. Ambition and exceptional work ethic. Ability to excel in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment. Excellent social and persuasive communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to travel up to 10%, and work nights and weekends as required. Compensation and Benefit Information We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, commission, benefits, and equity. The target pay rate for this position is $119,000. Compensation will be based primarily on the level at which the role is filled and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional Information Due to the nature of our business and this role, you may be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID‑19.
