Job Summary

Performs all maintenance related duties on process and ancillary equipment within the Molding and HVP process areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance
• Perform simple Machinist Duties as needed
• Provide emergency /unscheduled repairs to equipment as needed based on priorities provided
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs and installation
• Complete repairs of process and support equipment
• Provide guidance to team members during repair or services
• Basic PLC referencing and computer skills
• Housekeeping duties as necessary
• Assist Engineering and Project team with installing systems
• Assist with writing and revising maintenance tasks
• Basic understanding of diagrams and drawings for troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other duties as required

Education

• High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Associate degree in electrical/mechanical field, electrical certificate, or minimum 2 years experience industrial maintenance preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years experience industrial maintenance preferred
• Machine shop experience a plus

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read mechanical diagrams and schematics.
• Microsoft Office
• Understanding of cGMPs
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
• Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
• Welding experience preferred
• Able to comply with the company's safety policy at all times
• Able to comply with the company's quality policy at all times.
• Ability to learn, understand, and remember normal tasks.
• Ability to see and read letters, numbers, characters, or symbols and identify colors.
• Must maintain the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations.

Physical Requirements

Heavy-Exerting up to 100lbs/45kg of force occasionally and/or up to 50lb/22kg of force frequently, and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force constantly to move objects.

Shift

This shift is a 12 hour night shift position 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM 2-2-3-2 and is set up to have every other weekend off
