REACH Direct Support Professional-Adult CTH & ATH *SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE*

Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Adult) to provide basic human support services, ensuring client safety, monitoring clients with special needs, coordinating meal preparation and intake, facilitating educational groups, supporting clients in learning coping skills, assisting with laundry duties, encouraging adherence to treatment requirements, and performing related tasks. This role operates under the moderate supervision of the REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home Manager. Essential Functions Facilitate and lead educational and recreational group activities; positively engage clients. Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living such as showering, toileting, self–care and laundry. Administer medications according to all regulatory bodies. Provide customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, admitting them by inventorying belongings, conducting tours and orientation, and maintaining bedroom cleanliness. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the unit. Perform laundry duties for the unit and clients; assist clients with special needs; prepare and serve meals following the provided menu and recipes. Prepare and maintain required shift documentation; complete documentation in accordance with medication administration requirements; keep programming areas and kitchen organized. #J-18808-Ljbffr Richmond Behavioral Health
