Job Summary: Join a compassionate healthcare team providing patient care in an office environment within the scenic Pacific Northwest region. This role involves delivering comprehensive care that addresses the psychosocial, physical, and general needs of patients, while effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and office policies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide direct patient care under physician supervision, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with healthcare team members as needed.
• Assist nursing and medical staff with routine exams and treatments across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Perform patient care duties tailored to age-specific standards, promoting safety and minimizing healthcare errors.
• Support a culture of safety and quality in all aspects of care.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver age-appropriate care.

Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification valid within the state of Washington.
• Strong computer skills with accurate typing ability.
• Preferred experience includes urgent care, electronic medical records (EMR), HIPAA knowledge, and proficiency in taking patient vitals.
