Serco Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support the U.S. Navy and CNIC N6 program for the U.S. 6th Fleet, based out of Naples, Italy. The role requires maintaining security clearances and providing end-user IT support, including SIPRNet/NIPRNet access, VTC, and telephony services.
