In addition, communicating operational changes with the Operations Manager that could contribute to the efficiency of Hub Inc. Responsibilities Assist customers with placing orders & purchasing products inside the store. Invoicing and accepting payment at the register for inside-the-store purchases. Accepting payment on account from customers. Invoicing Customer service resolution. Direct incoming phone calls for location Greeting and directing visitors. Assist with scheduling of repairs for office equipment when needed. Assist with the filing and organization of office records. Process incoming product returns Communicate with customers regarding product information (i.e. new product intro, pre-books, recalls, and warehouse inventories). Requirements Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong and efficient MS Office skills High attention to detail 1-3 years in office setting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to work with a diverse workforce, suppliers, and customers.
