Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician. Practice with purpose while enjoying desert-lake living in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. With strong patient demand, professional autonomy, and the ability to build lasting relationships, this is rewarding, patient-centered medicine in a dynamic setting.

Compensation and Benefits:
- We offer a highly competitive total compensation package that features a starting base salary of $225,000 annually, complemented by an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend.
- Comprehensive benefits package including, providing new employees with 30 days paid time off and 9 paid holidays in their first year of employment, which continues to increase with tenure
- With a HPSA score of 21 you may qualify for various programs offering up to $250,000 in loan forgiveness over 6 years.

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
