Job Duties

Coordinates and supports strategic and departmental projects and initiatives. Prepares and reports metrics pertinent to quality, finance, billing, and operations. Assists with provider onboarding, certification compliance, scheduling support, credentialing, and other practice related tasks.

• Collaborates with the DOEHM Leadership to mine, manage, and analyze data requests.
• Provides coordination and support for the DOEHM leadership for projects and initiatives.
• Provides support to assign and track compliance with job-specific certifications, licensures, and merit-badge courses
• Assists with annual provider evaluations, flu vaccinations, departmental databases, and other tasks.
• Support and oversight related to departmental Policies and Procedures
• Collaborates with departmental leadership to manage and coordinate strategic and departmental projects, goals, and initiatives.
• Provide support and oversight related to provider credentialing, reappointments, and onboarding.
• Evaluates and interprets collected data for data trends and variances and communicates information to department leadership.
• Provides support and oversight related to provider scheduling and associated databases/software
• Prepares reports utilized by departmental and network leadership for monitoring and decision making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business.
• 3 years in a healthcare environment with experience in project coordination, data analytics, and hospital/prehospital operations.
• Extensive computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business.

Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
