Psychiatric Social Worker, LMSW- Children Mobile Crisis Team

VNS Health seeks a Psychiatric Social Worker for the Children Mobile Crisis Team serving New York City communities. In this field-based role, you will respond to urgent mental health needs for children and adolescents, providing on-site assessment, de-escalation, and short-term crisis intervention in homes and community settings. You will complete psychosocial evaluations, develop safety plans with families, coordinate care with schools and providers, and connect youth to ongoing services. Working within a collaborative, compassionate team, you’ll receive supervision, training, and opportunities for growth while making a direct impact on vulnerable children and their caregivers.
