Warranty AdministratorNewberg Ford in Newberg, OR is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to manage the processing, submission, and follow-up of warranty claims with Ford. This role works directly with service advisors, technicians, and the service manager to keep warranty documentation complete, compliant, and submitted on time. The right candidate brings prior Ford warranty experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work through claim issues without letting things fall through the cracks.What We Offer$25.00 – $35.00/hour based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planPaid time off and holidaysEmployee vehicle purchase discountsOpportunities for advancement and ongoing trainingWhat You'll DoProcess and submit warranty claims to Ford and applicable vendors accurately and on scheduleVerify documentation across repair orders, technician notes, and labor operations for completeness and accuracyEnsure full compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, guidelines, and audit standardsTrack claim approvals, denials, and chargebacks through to timely resolutionReconcile and post warranty credits and payments to the accounting systemCommunicate with service advisors and technicians to resolve claim-related questions and documentation gapsPrepare warranty files, reporting logs, and supporting documentation in advance of auditsStay current on Ford warranty policies, bulletins, and procedural updates as they are issuedWhat We're Looking ForPrior automotive warranty administrator experience requiredFord warranty and labor time coding experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of dealership repair order documentation and service workflowsProficient with DMS systemsHigh attention to detail and accuracy with records and data entryStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow claim resolutions through to completionClear written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's license requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredNewberg Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
