No pest control experience is necessary—we provide training to launch your pest services sales career. Benefits Competitive salary and uncapped commissions: training salary of $2,000 per biweekly pay period for up to 12 weeks; base salary range $40,000–$45,000 and potential earnings above $100,000 annually plus commissions. Take‑home vehicle to start and end your route; you will advertise for OPC and grow your brand. Responsibilities OPC Pest Services is a premier provider of pest control solutions and has a legacy of excellence in Greater Louisville and Jefferson County since 1972. You will represent our company, promote our products and services, and generate sales from leads provided by our call center as well as leads you generate yourself. Become a smart prospector to generate sales leads through residential prospecting. Act as a skilled negotiator to arrive at a price point that benefits the customer and the company’s profit base. Work diligently to close deals with clients within a measurable time period. Crush quotas and achieve monthly sales goals with a drive to increase potential. Work as a member of the OPC Team and share resources and knowledge across the company. Satisfy customers’ needs by providing individualized service and support. Qualifications 2 years minimum sales experience. 2 years sales experience in home services preferred but not required. Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks. Working Environment Must obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment. Must bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces. Must work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments after training.
