Full-Time or Part-Time Van Driver

Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and courteous Van Driver to transport residents safely to medical appointments, social outings, and other scheduled activities.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Scheduling may be tailored based on facility needs and employee availability.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments and community outings

• Assist residents when entering and exiting the vehicle

• Ensure residents are safely secured before transportation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle

• Follow all traffic laws, facility policies, and transportation procedures

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, facility staff, and appointment locations

• Promptly report vehicle concerns or transportation issues

• Provide residents with respectful, patient, and courteous assistance

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs

• Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred

• CPR certification and passenger transportation experience are a plus
