Scrum Master (Active TS/SCI Required)

Scrum MasterWe are seeking a Scrum Master to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as a true leader and facilitator for one or more cross-functional agile teams, helping them deliver high-quality, mission-critical solutions efficiently and collaboratively. You'll guide teams in applying agile principles, fostering continuous improvement, and removing barriers to delivery — all while ensuring alignment with our broader mission and engineering excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices within the team and organizationFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesPartner with Product Owners to ensure clear prioritization, backlog refinement, and goal-settingIdentify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progressTrack and report on team metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvementCoach team members and stakeholders to embrace agile ways of workingCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and Program Managers to ensure alignment across teams and initiativesQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, and/or businessMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting software or engineering teamsStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsPreferred:Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)Clearance Required:TS/SCI w/ polyAbout MissionovoWe are a mission-driven technology and engineering company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that advance national security and achieve decisive outcomes.
