To keep pace with our ambitious growth strategy, we're searching for a driven, strategic, and forward-thinking Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of TrinWare.The warehouse coordinator is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely receiving, stocking, staging and shipping of all computer products and peripherals in and out of the TrinWare warehouse. This includes keeping all shelves stocked neatly and filled with product in the warehouse and throughout the facility. This individual is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining inventory control policies and procedures throughout the warehouse.In addition, a warehouse coordinator is responsible for the kitting, fulfillment, and assembly of custom inventory and parts configuration for TrinWare clientele. The warehouse associate position will work closely with the technical production department ensuring that configured systems are prepared and packaged for shipping. This role is also responsible for confirming the organization, preparation, and serialization of the following day's production orders assuring they have been completed before close of business. In addition, the warehouse coordinator will assist with customer service in Will Call and other areas of TrinWare as needed by the organization.Experience in the computer industry is not required but helpful for this position. Only resumes with a cover letter will be considered.What You Bring:2-5 years of experience working in a distribution and or production warehouseMinimum of a 2 Year Associates degree or related experienceExperience in the computer hardware industry is helpfulLift up to 70 lbs if necessaryAbility to be on your feet 95-100% of the dayKnowledge of detailed computer products and components is preferredWhat You'll Do at TrinWare:Maintains receiving, warehousing, and supplies by working with other associates on receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distributionPreparation and assembly of customer specific kitting, assembly and packaging requirementsControls inventory levels by conducting physical and cycle counts as needed; reconciling with inventory management software and the Director of Product ProcurementSupports the physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing business goals for all stakeholdersPull, serialize, and prepare orders and shipments for the production department, will call and courier ordersArrange and obtains quotes for courier and LTL services by predetermined courier and LTL companiesLabel and stock products received in a timely and organized fashionShip products in a timely, efficient, proper, and professional mannerProcess and sort incoming customer and vendor RMA's in a timely and accurate fashion as required by the operation to assure operational efficienciesEnsure that the production department's orders & peripherals are pulled and prepared in advance for efficient and timely order processingOrganize shipping, receiving, and warehouse area each day in preparation for the next business dayAssist the Production Department in packaging finished goods accordinglyOther duties as assigned by the Technical Production Manager and/or Operations Manager of TrinWareRelationships:The Warehouse Coordinator will report to the Computer Production and Logistics Manager of TrinWareThe Warehouse Coordinator will be required to work closely with, and take direction from purchasing, sales and operationsHours:The Warehouse Coordinator will work 40+ hours per week. Hours to be determined and may fluctuate with the needs of the business.
