Client Support Representative

We are seeking motivated and professional Licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our remote team. In this role, you will meet with clients, provide guidance on life insurance options, and help families make informed decisions about their financial protection. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though it is not required. This position is ideal for agents who want flexibility, mentorship, and a supportive environment. Responsibilities Meet with clients remotely to assess their life insurance needs Present suitable coverage options and explain policy features Maintain consistent communication with clients and team leaders Follow a proven sales process with full training and support Keep licensing and compliance requirements up to date Build relationships through referrals, networking, and community engagement (no cold calling required) Qualifications Active Life Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one) Previous experience in life insurance or financial services is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (not required) Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check Compensation $100,000 per year (plan commissions) #J-18808-Ljbffr
