Short Description
Lead others in providing prompt and accurate patient registrations while delivering good
customer service.
and/or their families. Ensures that insurance information is verified co-pays are collected and that patient
charts are prepared in advance. At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and
care in accordance with the Patients Bill of Rights.
Experience Required
3 years experience in a medical environment required.
Some knowledge of medical insurances preferred.
Leadership experience preferred.
Computer literate excellent communication and customer service skills.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
License/Certification Requirements
All incumbents must satisfactorily complete a Cooper training program to include : Registration Scheduling E-Commerce.
