**Key Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a high degree of empathy and technical clarity.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions within our CRM system.
* Provide feedback to the product team on recurring customer concerns to help improve our AI workflows.

**Requirements:** * **Residency:** Must currently reside within the United States (Non-negotiable).

* **Experience:** 1–3 years in a customer service or client-facing role.
* **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with AI tools, data platforms, or SaaS environments is a strong plus.
