Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Home Health


Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F, no on call or weekends


Length: 21 weeks


Requirements:

• WV is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 Year Experience
• BLS
• Preferred Skills: Home Health experience with OASIS, HCHB experience
