US Licensed Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance

Leading global pharmacovigilance projects, the full-time US Licensed Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance will provide strategic oversight and operational management of pharmacovigilance services in a remote setting, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards while guiding teams through complex safety reporting challenges. Key responsibilities Lead global pharmacovigilance projects and teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and project timelines Provide strategic oversight of staff and project performance, addressing risks and issues to support study execution Guide teams on complex safety reporting scenarios, serving as a key point of expertise and decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, nursing, or equivalent experience Minimum of 8 years of global pharmacovigilance experience in pre-approval clinical trials At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a people, project, or departmental capacity Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and clinical trial best practices Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
