Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2301.12/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced department. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver timely and effective treatment while adhering to department protocols. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record. Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and discharge instructions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure safety. Qualifications: Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from recognized organizations. Demonstrate at least 1-2 years of recent emergency department experience. Have proficiency with Epic electronic health record systems. Be willing to work 13-week assignments with 36-hour weekly shifts, including EOW and EOH rotation. Reside at least 75 miles from the facility location, as local contracts are not eligible.
