Workforce Management Manager

Serving as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, the full-time Senior Manager, Workforce Planning will manage enterprise workforce planning, scenario modeling, and workforce intelligence initiatives remotely, ensuring alignment with business priorities through advanced analytics and data visualization. Key responsibilities Lead strategic workforce planning and analytics programs, translating workforce data into actionable business recommendations Coordinate the annual global workforce planning process and facilitate quarterly forecasts in partnership with finance and leadership Develop and analyze reports and dashboards to track headcount planning and perform strategic analysis using various data sources Required qualifications 6+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years in managing workforce planning and/or analytics programs 3+ years of experience in people analytics within a Human Resources function BA/BS or MS in a quantitative field preferred (e.g., statistics, operations research, mathematics, computer science) Proficiency in platforms such as Workday, Tableau, and Power BI Expertise in statistical modeling and advanced analytical methodologies Virtual Vocations Inc
