Job Title: Client Relations Specialist (Entry-Level Insurance Support) Location: Jeff Wyler Kia Colerain Hours: Retail Schedule (Evenings/Saturdays required) Dress Code: Business Casual

We are looking for a high-energy, reliable Client Relations Specialist to join our insurance agency located right inside Jeff Wyler Kia Colerain. This is a unique entry-level role where you aren't sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ringyou are on the move, meeting our customers where they are!
What You'll Be Doing:
Your main mission is to be the friendly face of our agency. You will circulate through the dealershipvisiting the showroom, the service lobby, and the parts departmentto strike up conversations with our automotive clients.
- The 'Smile' Factor: Greet customers with genuine warmth while they wait for their vehicle or browse new models.
- The Bridge: Explain the benefits of a quick insurance review and get official authorization for our agents to provide a quote.
- The Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with the car sales and service teams to ensure every customer has a seamless experience.
