Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. We Love Our Work.

• Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service processes.
• Support and mentor front desk agents, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring issues are resolved with professionalism and care. Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Facilities, and other departments to manage room inventory and maintain operational efficiency.
• Uphold and communicate company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality of all guest information and proprietary company data.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workflow management to meet business needs.
• This position requires late evening start times, night owls are welcomed to apply.
