Home Health RN - Hospice Care & Case Management

Regional Health Services is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct home care and hospice services per a physician treatment plan. The RN will build from community resources to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes and communities. The role may include assisting with public health programs and serving as RN case manager for hospice clients.
