Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations * Deliver and uphold an exceptional guest experience every shift * Hire, train, develop, and (when necessary) hold team members accountable * Build a bench of future leaders * Manage schedules, labor, and staffing for optimal performance * Drive local store marketing and community engagement * Maintain strong food quality, consistency, and standards Qualifications: * Ideally, 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role * Ideally, 5+ years of experience in customer service management * Extensive food and wine knowledge * Computer literacy * Familiarity with restaurant management software * Experience in event planning * Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills Company Description Welcome to Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers.
