About the Role A boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in a busy practice. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Handle complex probate and trust administrations from initial petition through final distribution Coordinate asset valuation, document preparation, and allocation/distribution of assets Assist with review and preparation of estate and gift tax returns Assist with fiduciary accountings Draft petitions, orders, and other probate and trust administration pleadings Prepare deeds and related real estate documents Organize and maintain files Required Skills Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent attention to detail Experience with probate court calendaring and deadlines Familiarity with deeds, Secretary of State filings, and entity formation documents such as LLCs Estate and gift tax return experience Pay range and compensation package Base salary range $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE) Full employee benefits coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays Vacation time Sick time Annual bonus potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
