About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Operations to play a pivotal role in the global design and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and evolving the commercial model and GTM strategy to support future growth, driving large-scale commercial transformation initiatives, and owning end-to-end commercial planning processes. This leadership position demands a strategic, data-driven, and operationally excellent individual with a proven track record in optimizing sales productivity, scaling capacity, and enabling digital transformation across multiple market segments. The role also involves leading a global analytics team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and championing seller productivity through modern sales tools and platforms. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial operations, GTM strategy, or sales strategy and planning within a global enterprise or technology company. The role requires deep expertise in operational planning, sales productivity analytics, and GTM process automation, as well as a strong business acumen and the ability to influence executive stakeholders. A collaborative leadership style, a passion for mentoring and developing teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred. The Vice President will be expected to lead by the company's core values of inclusion, innovation, collaboration, and wellness, and to ensure that the commercial operations team is aligned with the company's mission of creating a more inclusive and equitable global economy.
