As a Retail Territory Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of Mondelēz’s in‑store success, delivering world‑class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution and energizing the territory with strategy, agility and people skills. You will build strong customer relationships, optimize displays, solve challenges on the fly and collaborate with retail teams to drive flawless execution and drive sales growth. How you will contribute Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and executing customer plans. Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of full‑time and part‑time merchandisers from hiring and coaching to performance development. Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in store. Consult & Sell: Provide expert on‑site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities and executing HQ programs. Plan for Growth: Tailor data‑driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory expansion. Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top‑tier service. Optimize Resources: Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume. Champion Store Success: Oversee product ordering, display execution and unsaleables management in collaboration with Full‑time Order Writers. Own the Cadence: Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results. Stay Safe & Compliant: Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines. Requirements At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is highly preferred. Flexible work schedule required, including weekends and holidays. 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background and excellent understanding of business processes and systems. Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally over 50 lbs.; pushing, pulling, etc.). Successful completion of drug test, Motor Vehicle Records check, and general background check. Mondelez International offers a company vehicle, including a gas card and vehicle maintenance program. Cities covered in this territory include but are not limited to: ARVADA, CO; DENVER, CO; STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO; EVERGREEN, CO; GOLDEN, CO; WHEAT RIDGE, CO; CRAIG, CO; GRANBY, CO; FRASER, CO; LAKEWOOD, CO; IDAHO SPRINGS, CO. Successful candidates must be located within 40 miles of the above cities. Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position in Colorado is $57,784 to $77,275, depending on experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with opportunities for over‑achievement based on performance and company results. Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. (Many benefits have eligibility requirements and are subsidized or fully paid by the company. No relocation support available.)
