Marketing Manager

CV Resources is partnering with a rapidly growing real estate development organization in Vancouver to identify a creative, hands‑on Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness, community engagement, and business growth across multiple development projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. This is a direct hire, fully onsite role with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. It's an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll work closely with executive leadership while owning a wide range of marketing initiatives, from campaign development and brand management to content creation, graphic design, and project marketing. The organization has experienced significant growth in recent years and is entering an exciting phase of expansion with several major development projects on the horizon. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support company growth and project launches Create brochures, flyers, presentations, site maps, and other marketing collateral Manage and grow the company's social media presence and digital marketing efforts Coordinate content creation, including photography, videography, and project storytelling Support community marketing initiatives and sales efforts across multiple developments Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials Track campaign performance and marketing ROI, providing recommendations for improvement Assist with presentations, investor materials, and business development initiatives Collaborate with executive leadership on overall marketing strategy Qualifications: 3-5+ years of marketing experience Strong Canva and/or graphic design experience required Experience creating professional marketing materials from concept through executionStrong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and brand management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience within real estate, development, construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred but not required What Makes This Opportunity Unique: Direct partnership with executive leadership High visibility and meaningful impact on company growth Opportunity to help shape and expand the marketing function Broad exposure across branding, project marketing, digital strategy, and business development Potential for future leadership responsibilities as the organization continues to grow If you're a versatile marketing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to be part of a growing organization with exciting projects ahead, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
