Owning the end-to-end management of internal events, the full-time Internal Events Manager will lead logistics for large-scale gatherings, implement culture programming, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead all logistics and execution for the Camunda Kickoff, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and budget management Identify and execute cultural events throughout the year to reinforce company values and team connection Build scalable processes for event planning and maintain an internal events playbook to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Five or more years of hands-on experience managing corporate or internal events, particularly large-scale, multi-day gatherings Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple vendors while engaging senior stakeholders Strong project management skills with proficiency in event and collaboration tools Experience working in a remote or distributed environment is advantageous Demonstrated judgment in creating engaging event content and agendas
