Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Leesburg, VA (Onsite Opportunity)
Experience Required: 2–4 Years

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Leesburg, VA. This is an onsite opportunity for candidates who are passionate about analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
• Conduct data analysis and create reports/dashboards as required
• Participate in meetings, testing, and project coordination activities
• Support UAT testing and ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL, or similar tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working with healthcare, banking, or IT domains is a plus
• Open to relocation and onsite work in Leesburg, VA
