Operations Director, Youth Residential Program

As the Operations Director, Youth Residential Program you will provide direction and coordination of services for Program Supervisors and oversee daily staff activity. You will ensure that functions and processes remain consistent and compliant with agency and external policies and treatment models established for children in residence. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with leaders to achieve targeted outcomes, people, and financial success. Monitor data at a high level and take necessary actions around program outcomes, staff productivity, and finances. Model a trauma‑informed culture and emotionally intelligent leadership, and drive best practices throughout the organization. Oversee long‑term planning and strategy with Program Supervisors. Set communication and climate through leaders. Ensure leaders and programs have the resources needed for success. Select, coach, assess, and develop leaders. Build relationships internally and externally for the organization’s benefit. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for short‑ and long‑term benefit. Align direct reports’ objectives with overall business strategy. Provide continual coaching and development for leaders. Utilize performance assessments constructively to improve performance. Balance tasks and resources among teams. What does this position offer?
