Senior Director of Claims and Eligibility Operations

Liviniti (formerly Southern Scripts) seeks a Senior Director of Claims and Eligibility Operations to lead end‑to‑end operational strategy for our transparent PBM. In this key role, you will oversee claims and eligibility processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while improving member and client experiences. You’ll build and mentor high‑performing teams, optimize workflows, and leverage data‑driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Partnering closely with IT, clinical, and account teams, you will shape scalable solutions that reduce drug costs and support our mission to improve medication access and outcomes.
