Front of House Food Prep El Charrito (Marina)

Pay: $18 per hour DOE (plus pooled team tips).

Position Type: Full-Time.

Schedule Requirements: This position requires availability on the following days:

• Open availability between 7:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m. for Front of House Food Prep shifts (exact shift times will vary based on weekly schedule).

New restaurant located at The Dunes Promenade in Marina!

Lalla Grill and El Charrito will operate together under one roof Lalla Grill as a full-service restaurant and El Charrito offering a more casual counter-service experience. Both will share the same kitchen with separate dining areas and outdoor patios to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

We're looking for dependable and energetic Front of House Food Prep team members who can assist with tortilla preparation and front-of-house food prep while providing friendly and efficient service in a fast-paced environment. You'll report directly to the Assistant Manager and work closely with both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements:

• 23 years of work experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to work the required schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Monday, Friday, Sunday).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish preferred but not required.
