It all begins with you.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions.In this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Consulting functional areaReview and analyze complex multi-faceted, large scale, or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentorRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong understanding of payables and receivables processes, including workflow optimization and cash‑flow impactsProven experience managing high volumes of sales calls with a strategic approach to planning, execution, and anticipating customer needs while delivering a high‑touch client experienceProactive, self‑driven approach with the ability to consult, engage, and influence prospects in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and remain receptive to feedbackHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple deals, priorities, and internal partners simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex treasury concepts for diverse audiencesExperience working with Emerging Middle Market clients ($25MM–$100MM revenue) and familiarity with treasury platforms, payment technologies, and fraud‑mitigation solutionsCTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or willingness to pursueJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa SponsorshipAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
