This position includes teller transactions, account openings, lending assistance, and cross-selling opportunities, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Location and Schedule Addison Banking Center, Addison, TX. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service with positive interactions and prompt responses to inquiries. Actively listen to customers’ needs to recommend appropriate products and services. Open accounts and cross-sell products; refer customers to other departments as needed. Complete teller transactions accurately and efficiently. Perform lending assistant duties for consumer and mortgage lenders; interview loan applicants to obtain personal and financial data and assist in completing applications. Order property insurance or other policies to protect property against loss. Maintain awareness of the current portfolio and monitor loans to ensure compliance with terms. Make outbound calls to develop new business and retain existing customers; include debt collection as required. Contact credit bureaus, employers, and other sources to verify information for loan applications. Prepare loan records for imaging and present loan and repayment schedules to customers. Review customer accounts for timely payments and compliance with loan terms. Schedule and conduct loan closings; submit loan applications; verify and examine information for accuracy. Assist with achieving targeted growth in retail deposits, loans, and households; build and maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor. Meet and exceed performance goals for the banking center; stay informed about ABC products and services. Participate in Bank at Work programs and branch promotions; collaborate with Business Bankers for joint calls on customers. Maintain compliance with security responsibilities as outlined in the Bank’s Information Security Program and related policies. Maintain branch CRA file and Business Continuity Plan; comply with applicable laws and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
