ABOUT YOU

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist (PT, MSPT, DPT)
Passion for evidence-based, high-quality care
Interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports, spine, and balance/vestibular rehab
Enjoy working with an active-aging population
Team-oriented and motivated to grow

COMPENSATION (FULL-TIME)

Base + Year 1 Guarantee ($85,000 - $102,000), based on experience, credentials, and schedule
Sign-on or Relocation Bonus (experience dependent)
Monthly Professional Support Stipend (student loan or cost-of-living support)
Annual Retention Stipend with clear long-term growth
Optional Saturday coverage paid separately
Performance rewards earned as additional paid vacation time

Compensation Structure Highlights:

Predictable, stable pay (not productivity or bonus dependent)
Guaranteed 1-on-1 care
No unrealistic productivity expectations
