As part of an outpatient team dedicated to ensuring accessible mental health care, you will collaborate with like-minded professionals in a supportive and inclusive virtual environment. Your work will primarily focus on individual adults, addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic care through one-on-one live video sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to share and explore their concerns. \n
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. \n
- Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress metrics to monitor client improvements and adjust individualized treatment strategies accordingly. \n
- Engage in regular consultations with fellow team members to exchange insights, seek guidance, and enhance therapeutic techniques. \n
- Document treatment sessions and client progress using our custom-built electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring accurate and streamlined care delivery. \n
Your primary focus will be on adults navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will also extend your expertise to those at elevated risk of suicide, committing to delivering personalized, culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds of your clients.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program. Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required. \n
- A minimum of one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, with demonstrated clinical competence. \n
- Ability to deliver compassionate care to a wide range of populations and mental health disorders, showcasing a commitment to culturally responsive practices. \n
- Familiarity with digital health solutions and an enthusiasm for leveraging technology in clinical settings. \n

- At least two years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and related interventions. \n
- Experience working with higher-risk populations and those experiencing complex mental health issues. \n
