This opportunity offers the chance to work one-on-one, most likely with an elementary-aged student in a mild to moderate Special Day Class setting. Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience supporting students in school settings strongly preferred
• Fully credentialed candidates only, as required by district guidelines
• Capability to collaborate professionally with other educators and service providers
• Willing to complete district-mandated fingerprinting and onboarding procedures in addition to agency onboarding
• Prepared to provide RBT credential, relevant documentation, and an updated resume with your application

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under appropriate supervision
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to assist students in achieving behavioral goals
• Collect, track, and document student data accurately and regularly
• Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to foster a positive learning environment
• Maintain clear, professional communication with students, families, and team members
• Adapt interventions as needed based on student progress and team input
