Service Lead

We are seeking a professional, passionate lead server to join our small, close-knit team. Our restaurant is focused on hospitality, thoughtful service, and a carefully curated food and wine program.
The ideal candidate will have:
Server experience in upscale casual dining
A genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable dining experiences
Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment
Solid wine knowledge
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
Self-driven to high standards and a passion for hospitality
Experience in prior leadership positions
A positive and joyful personality.

Responsibilities include:

Providing attentive, personalized service to every guest
Monitoring service and hospitality standards each night and preparing notes for ownership 
Maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
Supporting teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide training support on food and wine rollouts 
Lead the guest service best practices and ensure the service team is excelling in those practices

Position Details:

Evenings and weekends required
Hourly pay, plus tips
